How do I get my business brochure to be a QuickBrochure©? |

It's so easy ! We use your brochure - the one you already paid to have designed and printed. Just send us two copies of your brochure or other printed material along with the information form. That's it! We do the rest and let you know when your QuickBrochure is ready for testing and viewing. We send you the easy instructions to you or your webmaster "cut and paste" your QuickBrochures button on your web site. Only then will you get your email invoice for the first three months service. Are there hidden costs to have a QuickBrochure© ready on the web? |

You pay one small monthly fee with NO UPS, NO "per download" - NO per click, nothing else at all for continuing service. We can configure any size brochure (even posters!) to print on a standard printer. See the link at the bottom of this section for a quote for unusual size documents . The cost includes an e-mail notice telling you a potential customer has downloaded your brochure, with the date, the persons name, email address. This is continuous service. The cost includes your QuickBrochures button and link to your QuickBrochure.

The monthly service charge is based on your existing brochure paper size and printed sides. The cost for preparation (setup) and monthly service varies depending on your brochure's size paper and the number of sheets of paper it contains. PAPER SIZE MEANS THE UNFOLDED, UNSTAPLED SHEET OF PAPER
Can I ask for more information on sign-in? Yes, we can add fields to ask for more information such as address and phone number for an additional setup charge. We advise that folks may not be as likely to complete more information to obtain your brochure. Why shouldn't I just try to do-it-myself? FILES: Our experience in designing the system has taught us how to make the files particularly fast for people to download. We take a lot of time refining the files for speedy delivery. Speed is important. QuickBrochures offers two versions of your brochure- the PDF and a Microsoft Word version. Both are locked files so they may not be altered. Though many people do use Adobe PDF files, there are others who do not. The Microsoft Word version offers an alternative for those people. Our Word version is compatible with both Mac and the PC. Many people can make a PDF but we have the expertise to streamline it for this particular use - to make it fit peoples printers and download as quickly as possible with as small a file as possible, remove extraneous artifacts and lock it from editing. SYSTEM: Since we have been around for 10 years, the QuickBrochures system is respected by webmasters, individuals and associations. It works.It is in so many places on the web, it has become a familiar trademark reflecting the integrity of our files for downloading safely. ASSURANCE: We know people are sometimes hesitant to offer information through the internet. Our assurance that your visitors name and email address will not be sold for junk mail lists is respected. What if I don't already have a printed brochure? We primarily use your existing printed material - a brochure or document. If you don't have a printed brochure, we can create a special brochure for you that simulates an 8.5 inch by 11 inch single sheet, 2-sided brochure that will be optimally suitable for downloading and printing on peoples home computer printers. You can forward the email to your webmaster to "Cut and paste" into your web site, or if you wish, we can send the instructions to your webmaster for you. The easy-to-follow instructions are backed by our telephone support. When your QuickBrochure is ready and youhave had a chance to test it, you'll be billed for the first three months service and setup, which includes individual email confirmations of everyone who downloads your brochure. |
